Overview of the DEN project
The DEN project was conceived by the Studio School, Liverpool to help young people across the Liverpool City Region develop their ideas and launch digital products into the marketplace. The hope is that this will make them more employable giving them invaluable life skills and will help in whatever career they pursue.
About the Studio Liverpool
The Studio opened in September 2013 to provide a new type of education for 14 to 19 year olds.
Alongside GCSE, A Levels and BTEC qualifications, students prepare for employment in the digital and creative sectors by following a programme of Project Based Learning mentored by partners from the sector.
In addition to these skills, The Studio wants all its students to be self-aware and skilled digital leaders equipped to make a positive impact through their actions and life choices.
